Eretz Israel Museum
MUSA, the Eretz Israel Museum is one of the best destinations to spend quality time with children in Tel Aviv. It is, in fact, a museum complex comprising 15 pavilions and the ancient archaeological mound Tell Qasile. The focus of the museum is the culture of Israel from ancient times to the present. Its permanent exhibitions revolve around different eras and thematics. Tel Aviv Museum of Art
The Tel Aviv Museum of Art is one of the most fascinating museums in the city as it showcases a wealth of awe-inspiring artworks by Israeli and international artists. An audio guide named Kooli helps the little ones navigate the halls of the museum and allows them to enjoy interactive activities among selected artworks. The museum offers a rich program of activities for children. The Enchanted Tuesday involve parents and kids alike in a participatory experience that introduces the collections of the museum through games and creative workshops. Mahuti Visitors’ Center
Mahuti – Essence of Life – is an interactive and experiential activity centre aimed at children, teens, and their guardians. It offers special experiences based on technology and lots of creativity. The centre was founded by Shari Arison, one of the richest women in the world, who aimed to build a space where the little ones could learn moral values like making good choices, mutual respect, and how to live a more conscious, meaningful, and fulfilling life.

HaTachana
A former train station on the Jaffa-Jerusalem line called HaTachana, which operated between 1892 and 1948, is now an entertainment complex with hipster cafes, design studios, and shopping boutiques. There are attractions for children too, including children’s shows and the Experiential Carriage, which offers a 3D educational video experience 100 years back down the history lane telling the story of the first railroad line that operated in Israel between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.

Museum of the Jewish People at Beit Hatfutsot
Beit Hatfutsot presents over 4000 years in the history of the Jewish people showcasing their culture, faith, and contributions to humanity. It has two permanent exhibitions: one showcasing through models and artefacts the past and present synagogues around the world, and one designed for children to inform them about the Jewish heroes with important contributions in a variety of fields, from science to culture and sports. The heroes exhibition is interesting for children aged five to twelve and introduces Jewish heroes through both information and interactive activities.

Steinhardt Museum of Natural History
A new addition to the museum scene of Tel Aviv, the Steinhardt Museum of Natural History at Tel Aviv University is a wonderful destination for children and adults alike. It showcases the country’s treasures of nature in a collection gathered after decades of research by the Tel Aviv University. Among the most interesting exhibitions, visitors can learn more about The Great Bird Migration, Urban Nature, and Israel’s Landscapes. Life in the Dark and Bugs and Beyond are both fascinating exhibitions that focus on less appealing species. The Human Impact teaches how and why many creatures have become extinct and how to treasure life.

Park HaYarkon
Park HaYarkon is a carefully landscaped public space located by the Yarkon River. It boasts one of the largest rock gardens in the world, a cacti and succulents garden, a topiary garden, and a tropical garden. Besides the gardens, the park has sports facilities, including an outdoor gym, and a sports complex with courts for basketball, handball, tennis, and football. Kids will appreciate the four playgrounds in the park, the Memadion Water Park with all its fun waterslides, a ride around the park in the mini-train, partaking in crafting activities or riding around the park in Quad Cycles or golf carts.

Luna Park
Luna Park is a famous, ultra-popular amusement park with all kinds of fun-filled rides and thrills. Their Anaconda Boomerang roller coaster is an adrenaline-boosting ride not suited for the faint of heart, while the Ferris Wheel is the tallest in Israel and offers breathtaking views of Tel Aviv. The park has adult rides, rides for little children, a lottery pavilion, snack bars and cafes, and a souvenir shop.

Menachem Begin Park
This large park in the South of Tel Aviv boasts two man-made lakes with fun activities for the entire family. On the smaller one, you can rent a paddleboat and enjoy a ride with your children. The larger lake is suitable for cable water skiing and attracts many fans of the sport. The park complex has basketball courts and barbecue spots for the whole family. A mini-train can take the little ones on a ride around the grounds. Another attraction for children in the Menachem Begin Park is a small petting zoo with deer and ostriches.
