Very quiet, clean and comfortable studio in great location. Staff extremely helpful with booking taxi to airport and found us some thinner duvets as the one provided was more suitable for winter in Moscow than Tel Aviv!

התארחנו שוב, משפחה של 5 נפשות בדירת 2 חדרי שינה וסלון של מאסטר ברחוב מולכו שבנווה צדק. הדירה נהדרת, יפהיפיה, נקיה, מפנקת ומאובזרת להפליא, נהנינו מאוד מהפאטיו עם הג׳קוזי , מכך שהיינו מרחק הליכה מהים, ממסעדות, מבתי קפה וגלידריות ומהסמטאות הפסטורליות. שי מהצוות נתן לנו שירות אדיב ויעיל והיה זמין להודעות/בקשות במהלך הסופ״ש, מחכים כבר לחזור🌹

שירות יוצא מן הכלל- גם לפני ההזמנה וגם בעת השהות היה מענה לכל השאלות בסבלנות ובאדיבות ואפילו שהיינו צריכים משהו שלחו מישהו תוך מספר דקות מהבקשה. ידידותי לשומרי שבת וחג ( אין מעלית, אפשרות למפתח).לקחנו את דירת הגן עם 2 חדרי שינה- עיצוב מהמם , נקיון מושלם, הדירה מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך והכל ממש נעים- שווה את המחיר. אווירה מאוד נעימה , מיקום מושלם בנווה צדק.מומלץ בחום.

Just what I needed for my stay in Tel Aviv. The apartment is clean and has all the necessary amenities.The location is super great, next to my favourite ice cream shop Anita. If you’re ordering a taxi, I’d suggest to order it from the main road as the small streets could be closed for works/during the weekend.The neighbourhood is quiet but since it’s a small building, I was able to hear the baby crying in the next door apartment and the bachelorette party downstairs. We had an issue with electricity outage during the night and the staff were able to provide me with some status updates via WhatsApp which made it reassuring.Nonetheless, I had an uneventful stay, and the staff were nice and polite.

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and well located. Walking distance to everywhere: the beach, Jaffa, Carmel market, central TLV.Bed was very comfortable, cute functional kitchen. Great terrace with Jacuzzi.There was a small problem with the lights that was promptly taken care of. host was extremely available.We recommend this apartment wholeheartedly. We will be back..

I think this is the best and only place to stay in Tel-Aviv! It is beautifully and thoughtfully designed and it has everything you might need. The location is perfect, you’re close to sea and you’re in the middle of the most charming neighborhood of Tel Aviv!The management is just lovely and considerate, I felt comfortable to ask them for anything I needed and I was always taken care of. I can’t wait to go back.

Хорошие апартаменты в одном из самых атмосферных районов Тель Авива, Неве-Цедек. Апартаменты находятся в минуте от улице Шабази, на которой находятся множество кафе, ресторанов и магазинов, но при этом в них очень тихо как днем так и ночью. Сами апартаменты просторные, с большой и удобной кроватью, гардеробной и ванной. В них было все необходимое для комфортного времяпровождения, ванные принадлежности, утюг и гладильная доска, сейф, кофемашина (выручила нас в субботу), чайник, кофе, чай, сахар, посуда (одноразовая и многоразовая), средство для мытья посуды, новая губка и т.д. Как в комнате так и на территории все чисто и ухоженно. Дизайн здания в целом очень интересный. Персонал очень приветливый, были с нами на связи, отвечали на все вопросы, всех кого встречали на территории были очень милые. При возникновении проблемы с водой, представители апартаментов прибыли через несколько минут и устранили проблему (и это учитывая того, что была суббота). Также было приятно увидеть 2 бутылочки воды в холодильнике и печенье от компании на столе.Из минусов я для себя почти ничего не отметила, комната полностью соответствовала, тому, как она была представлена в интернете.Минусом можно отметить, что нет ежедневной уборки, но тебе ее могут предоставить за отдельную плату. Из окна нашей комнаты была видна только стена противоположного здания (но нам это было совсем не важно).

We arrived a few days before our wedding, and had an amazing stay!The room was very clean, very well equipped and absolutely beautiful.The gate and the room has a code lock which is very convenient, no need to remember to take a key or a card with you when you walk out, genius!The night before our wedding it was pouring rain, and there was a problem with the electricity, I was so worried because I knew that on the next morning I would need electricity to get ready, but the wonderful and devoted staff handled it On the spot!They called a technician in the middle of the night and fixed it.The staff was literally available 24/7, I contacted them via WhatsApp which was very convenient for me :-)After we left for our wedding (and left quite a mess...) they came in, cleaned up and refilled everything so we came back to a nice clean room.We had the best experience, and we highly recommend this place!Thank you

This was our second visit to molcho. We stayed last time in the top flat with roof terrace but this time had our two daughters with us, needing two bedrooms . The flat was bigger than we expected, perfectly done out, in our favourite street in Tel Aviv, close to restaurants, Jaffa, the beach, Carmel market and more. My fiancée and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience. The booking and check in instructions were very simple. The room was like a hotel room, clean with nice decor. The location is amazing, great restaurants and shops, its not far from the beach. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Great location. Perfect service , when we asked for late check out they checked and gave us additional 2 hours. The apartment is very clean and comfortable . We took the big apartment for a family of 5 persons and it was very good. We also took a look in the smaller apartment upstairs and it looks even nicer . Im sure i will come back again with my wife for it.

שהינו 2 לילות, לילה לפני חתונה ויום למחרת החתונה.לוקיישן מצוין להתארגנות לחתונה במקום הכי יפה בתל אביב - נווה צדק!החסרון שאין חניה מסודרת במקום ( יש חנייה אחת לכל הדירות על בסיס מקום פנוי בחזית בניין , וניתן להחנות בחניונים קרובים לא זולים באזור)ישנו בסוויטה עם מרפסת וגקוזי,דירה מאובזרת ברמה גבוהה מאוד, מרווחת, מוארת ונקייהכשהגעתי לדירה היו שם את כל האביזרים שהייתי צריכה ליום ההתארגנות.הדירה עצמה כל כך יפה שגם הצטלמנו בה ביום החתונה עצמו כי הייתה סופה בחוץ..יובל מנהל המקום שירותי מאוד והיה זמין לכל דברהחסרון היחידי זה ששעת הצק אוט יחסית מוקדמת ( אחרי חתונה ) והתפנינו ב12 אחרי שביקשנו מראש לאחר את שעת היציאה.ממליצה בחום!!!!

Loved our stay here! Perfect location to be based to be able to explore every direction - we walked to Jaffa, all up and down Rothschild boulevard and hit the beach a few times - we were in Tel Aviv for less than 48 hours. The area itself has a fantastic village vibe, a visit to Anita’s for gelato downstairs is a must, you couldn’t be any closer for your late night fix. Our little room was beautiful with everything we needed and had so much more character than a regular 4 or 5 star hotel. Check in and out was a breeze and communication was great. If and when we visit Tel Aviv again we’d definitely stay here.

Beautifull location, apartment super clean, has all modern conveniences including 2 bathrooms, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer for clothes, superb TV system for 3 huge TV flatscreens with hundreeds of chanels. It is cleaned every day, which is very rare in Tel Aviv. LOcation is super- 10 minutes walk from sea front and beaches, around the corner 2 nice restaurants - Japanese and Italian. Food excelent. 3 minutes walk - 24/7 corner shop, where you can buy whatever you need, including wine. prices are very good. 20 minutes walk - famous Carmel market. There you can shop at bargain prices for food and other goods. Old Jafo port also 25 minutes walk away. Highly recomended. If I could, I would give this appartment 10 stars!!!!

We enjoyed 3 nights in the penthouse suite - the experience was flawless! The service was excellent and made our stay in Tel Aviv perfect. The shared parking spot was a great bonus and the nespresso was great for our morning coffee. Management recently changed - we were very pleased!

We had a large group and rented all of the rooms which worked great. The place is clean and modern and really well decorated. They provide everything you need in terms of plenty of towels, toiletries, two washers and dryers, two hot tubs, nespressos in each room, a few kitchens and microwave, etc. The neighborhood is great and super walkable or central to get anywhere in the outskirts of the city. I’d highly recommend this place and would stay here again in the future.

The single room was very comfortable, the bathroom was adequate and very nice, the atmosphere was very pleasant, the service staff very friendly. The location of the boutique is perfect. The price is absolutely appropriate for Tel Aviv. The boutique is a perfect place to enjoy this great city. Thanks Golan for the nice time.
