Terms and Conditions

Dear Guests

Check IN time is from 15:00 onwards
Check OUT time is at 11:00 AM— (please inform the guest relations team if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. The extension will be given depending on the availability and with an additional fee)

PLEASE NOTE:
The company is not responsible for any damaged items and/or loss of valuables not stored in the safe located in the apartment.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we request your co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between our guests and the serviced apartment company:

1. Guests will be required to present a valid credit card 24 hours before check-in. This is for incidentals or any damage that might be caused to the apartment.

2. Israeli citizens and guests with work visas under Israeli law are obliged to pay 17% VAT. We ask from ALL our guests for a copy of their blue passport control slip and passport photo to determine accordingly. If one fails to send their passport control slip throughout their stay, we will automatically assume that they are citizens and charge the 17% to their reservation. So please, to avoid any further complications please send these documents upon arrival.

3. No PARTIES / KARAOKE / EVENTS are allowed at any time. No additional speakers are allowed in the apartment. No loud noise is allowed during of the day (reasonable music is allowed from the TV in the apartment).

This is a residential area and any loud noises that result in neighbour complaints will result in paying a fine of 1500 NIS.
From 10 pm, windows and balconies need to be closed to ensure quiet. When sitting on the balcony of the apartment, please keep quiet with no loud talking or no music at all.

4. No smoking allowed inside the apartments—we provide a smoke free place for all our guests. The fine for smoking in the apartment is 1000 NIS.

5. No additional guests are allowed in the apartment over the number of guests allowed in the specific apartment booked. (For example: in a one bedroom 4 guests are allowed).
1. 6. If anything in the serviced apartment is left broken or damaged by the guest, the guest will be notified and charged for it.

7. Pets allowed ONLY by request and approval before arrival by the company

8. If a guest would like to extend their stay. It is subject to availability and an additional fee.

9. Electric bicycles and scooters are not allowed in the apartments.

10. The minimum age of your guests is 30 and over.

The Management of Master Collections serviced apartments has the right to act in every way for the safety of the apartment and the quiet of our guests and our neighbors at any given time and in addition to ask the guest to immediately vacate the apartment he is renting in case he violates any of the conditions above.

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD, ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES.

I agree that Master collections can send me announcements about special Holiday deals and promotions via email and/or fax and /or SMS messages. Should I decide in the future to cancel this service, I will advise the relevant Master collections parties.
